Tim Cavanagh comes from a third-generation builder family from Phoenix, AZ. Tim has been employed with the most successful builder developers in Arizona and Northwest Florida. Such as TW Lewis, Monterey Homes, US Development, Nicholas Homes and The Legendary Group.  

Tim has 30+ years of experience including Land Research, Acquisition and Development, Custom Home Building, New Home Sales, Marketing Management and Designated Broker for home builders in excess of 300 homes per year. His specific strengths include; Product Knowledge, Real Estate Law & Ethics, Contract Negotiation, Joint Development Agreements and Training & Education Development. In addition, throughout his life in the industry he has developed a strong network of relationships both inside and outside of the real estate community.

The White Mountains

About the Area

Located in the heart of Arizona's White Mountains recreation area.  Mountains Meadow and Top of the Woods, Unit III is situated on the Mogollon Rim in the northeastern part of the state, both are a scenic 3 1/2 hour drive from either Phoenix or Tucson.  At an elevation of 6,500 - 7,000 feet, the mountain breezes afford a moderate summer climate with an average temperature of 78 to 82 degrees and an average temperature of 45 degrees in the winter.    

Sitgreaves National Forest and the Apache Reservation surround Pinetop.  The region's beautiful scenery and the high country climate provide the perfect setting for four seasons of the outdoor and recreational activities.  Within easy access are 600 miles of streams, over 40 lakes and the 200 mile White Mountain Trail System.  Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are available at Sunrise Park Ski Resort, 30 to 35 minutes from Top of the Woods.  Pinetop also offers a variety of restaurants, entertainment, and specialty shopping.  Just a short 20 minute drive from the local airport, air transportation is available from commuter air carriers serving all of Arizona's major cities.
